  • In the event of a product or service issue, such as product not matching the description, significant damage in transit, or non-delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence. We reserve the right to offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
  • Requests made outside our stated timeframes may not qualify for refund or replacement.
